Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to try LiveCue?
No. The free tier gives you 10 minutes every month with no card on file. It resets on the first of each month, so you can run a real practice session before paying anything.
Does the Job-Pack renew automatically?
Never. The Job-Pack is a single $59 charge for 600 minutes over 60 days. When the window closes, nothing renews and nothing is charged. If you're still interviewing, you can buy another pack, top up with pay-as-you-go, or switch to a monthly plan.
What happens if I run out of minutes mid-interview?
LiveCue never cuts you off mid-session. If you hit your quota during a live call, the session finishes normally — we'd rather eat the overage than drop you in the middle of an interview.
What's the refund policy?
The Job-Pack has a 7-day no-questions refund. Lite and Max are refunded prorated within 14 days. Pay-as-you-go packs are refundable until you use the first minute.
Which AI model powers LiveCue?
Every paid tier runs Claude Sonnet 4.6 — no silent downgrades to cheaper models. Speech recognition runs on-device on macOS and Windows 11 Copilot+ PCs whenever possible, with cloud fallback for the 99-language support on paid plans.
Can I use LiveCue on multiple devices?
Free, Lite, and Job-Pack licenses cover one device. Max covers three, which suits recruiters and coaches who switch between machines.
